KeyBanc Capital Markets Inc., Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation, and Mizuho Corporate Bank, Ltd. jointly acted as Mandated Lead Arrangers. Rattlesnake Flat will provide power to Washington-based utility Avista Corporation.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe are excited to expand Clearway\u2019s presence into Washington state and to contribute to the state\u2019s goals of achieving 100% carbon-free electricity by 2045,\u201d said Steve Ryder, Chief Financial Officer at Clearway Energy Group. \u201cWe have worked with each of these financing parties on prior renewable energy transactions, which facilitated an efficient financing for this project.
